The Big What? Festival recently announced the lineup for the event held Aug. 16-18 at Shakori Hills Community Arts Center in Pittsboro, NC. The three-night festival, hosted by rock band BIG Something, will also feature TAUK and Consider The Source.
The festival features thee nights of BIG Something. Sunsquabi and TAUK are the next bands down the lineup. BIG Something appears to be doing two other sets out of the ordinary, which is Mr. What? Which is BIG Something featuring Mister. And BIG Something will cover The Who with a set titled Big Who?
Other artists included are: Cory Wong, guitarist of Vulfpeck; Consider The Source; Funk You; Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers; Dr. Bacon; Becca Stevens; Lazer/Wulf; Groove Fetish; The Southern Belles; Treehouse; Come Back Alice; Voodoo Visionary; Scott Moss Band; Emmas Lounge; The Kind Thieves; South Hill Ban
There will also be secret late night sets by mystery artists.
BIG Something is excited to be back for their 7th annual festival. The band shared in a press release: “We are really excited about The BIG What? this year. BIG Something will perform more sets than ever before and we’re already working on some great new material and surprises to debut at the festival. We really love getting creative with our fans and turning the festival in to one big art project. This year we hope to take that creativity to a new level.”
