Nietzsche’s in Buffalo to Host Intrepid Travelers Residency in September

Intrepid Travelers have announced a residency at Nietzsche’s in their hometown of Buffalo throughout the month of September. This marks the progressive band’s debut residency at the local musical hotspot. Head down to Allentown every Thursday at 8pm to be part of the experience as Intrepid Travelers jams with the support of other local bands. Those bands include: Sonny Baker Band, Witty Tarbox, Space Junk, and Dirty Blanket.

With this residency, we really wanted to highlight fellow bands in the Buffalo and WNY area and bridge ourselves with different acts coming from diverse musical places. Musical diversity is very important to us as a band and we wanted to reflect that with our support. All 4 shows will be completely distinct and feature a different musical theme inspired by our support acts. We couldn’t be more excited that this is all happening in our hometown! – Donny Frauenhofer

True to their name, Intrepid Travelers spend much of their time on the road. The NYS 87/90 band is currently wrapping up the second leg of their summer tour, which celebrates the release of their latest EP Everyday Is Your Birthday.

Residency Dates:

Sept. 7 – w/ Sonny Baker Band (indie/folk)
Sept.14 – w/ Witty Tarbox (funk/indie)
Sept. 21 – w/ Space Junk (electronica)
Sept. 28 – w/ Dirty Blanket (bluegrass/folk)
