The Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival features the best in established and up-and-coming bluegrass bands. This year’s lineup is no exception. Among the acts converging in the Catskills on July 14-16 are: Dry Branch Fire Squad, the Del McCoury Band, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Jerry Douglas Band, the Infamous Stringdusters, Steep Canyon Rangers, the Gibson Brothers, the SteelDrivers, the Travelin’ McCourys, and dozens more. Emerging bands being showcased include groups from across the region, including Berklee College of Music students and New York’s Brothers Blue.
The festival is hosted each year in Oak Hill by the Dry Branch Fire Squad, and features music, workshops, yoga sessions, open mic, fresh food, art and instrument vendors, camping, and activities for children.
