Two recently reunited ’90s jambands will join forces along with Reid Genauer’s Assembly of Dust for two shows in mid-January. God Street Wine, Strangefolk and Assembly of Dust will play Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre on Friday, Jan. 15 and Boston’s Paradise Rock Club on Saturday, Jan. 16. The two-night run has been dubbed “Assembly of Strange Wine.”
God Street Wine, having broken up in 1999, played a handful of shows in 2010, 2012 and 2013. Genauer left Strangefolk in 2000 and formed Assembly of Dust in 2002. He reunited with the original Strangefolk lineup in 2012. They have played occasional short runs of show since the reunion.
Tickets for both shows go on sale this Friday, October 30 at noon.
