The 10th annual Deadhead friendly A Bears Picnic Festival held on the Liberty Festival grounds in Roaring Branch, PA Aug 6-10 features a lineup loaded with acts sure to please even the stingiest jam fan. Headlining the four day shindig are Leftover Salmon, Steve Kimock’s Tribute to Jerry w/ Jeff Chimenti, New Riders of the Purple Sage, and the Floyd-Heads-Phish mash-up group Pink Talking Fish. Also appearing will be The Hillbilly Gypsies, Still Hand String Band, Willie Jack & the Northern Light, Crippled But Free and more.
Early bird tickets are still available from $90 (For Fri-Sun) to $100 for all four days. More acts to be announced. Gates open Thursday at 4pm and close Monday at 8am.
