The Falcon

In the little town of Marlboro, NY, right by Marlboro Falls lives The Falcon. A club known to all locals, The Falcon is Marlboro’s pride and joy that attracts music lovers from all over. The reason it’s so well known is likely because of the prices of these priceless performances: 100% free. outside of The Falcon venue

The Falcon became notorious for its musical atmosphere by Tony Falco, a patron of the arts who made his dream a reality: a place where music could be performed at its best, for people of all ages and financial backgrounds. A place where money didn’t matter. A place where anyone can sit back, relax, and just enjoy music.

Tom Falco

Tony Falco started his journey with musical venues just behind his house: a large carriage house known for its local concerts. He even tried hosting at a 19th century Methodist church, but that never took off. Instead of beating himself up about it, he got back up and bought a 19th century button factory by Marlboro Falls, which we know today as The Falcon.

Tony still strives to make The Falcon live to its full potential. All employees and performers just rave about everything he does for artists and the venue itself. He makes sure the food is carefully curated to match the artist, and while there is no ticket that needs to be purchased at the door, he makes it known at the end of every show that the donation box is right in the back. 100% of the donations go to the artist, and everyone is encouraged to donate $20-$30; but don’t fret. Music is for everyone, so if someone can’t afford that, they give what they can, and are covered by those who can afford it. So often are artists mistreated and under-paid, and this system seems to have perfected the way in which performances should be run.
