The first single off Real Estate’s upcoming album is out now, titled “Water Underground.” The track comes with an official music video inspired by the 1990s Nickelodeon show The Adventures of Pete and Pete. Starring members of the show’s original cast, Danny Tamberelli and Michael C Maronna, the video pays homage to the 90s nostalgia and both the band and actors’ shared New Jersey roots.

Real Estate will embark on an impressive North American tour this spring, with two shows across New York State. The group will play at NYC’s Webster Hall on April 18, followed by Woodstock’s Levon Helm Studios on April 20. The tour spans over 30 cities, beginning this March 1 in Vancouver, BC.
