Forest Hills Stadium Announces 2019 Schedule

Forest Hills, the most historic stadium in New York, has gradually become a destination that many artists and fans consider a must visit. Located in New York City, the stadium has held shows for sports and entertainment for years.

The 2019 schedule is set to include both recurring artists from Willie Nelson, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Elvis Costello to My Morning Jacket or The Head and The Heart, alongside newbies; Alison Krauss, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, The Chemical Brothers and JoJo Siwa.

In addition to performances, a quick E, M, F or R subway or the Long Island Rail Road allows visitors to explore the delights of New York, both pre and post-concert. Phenomenal and unique meals can be found at Nick’s Pizza, Austin Public or Spy C Cuisine. For dessert, try Silk Cakes for a gourmet cupcake or Eddie’s Sweet Shop for homemade ice cream sundaes.  Food is also available inside the gates for those who would prefer not to travel. Forest Hills Stadium will  offer a diverse (and still delicious) variety of vendors across the grass tennis court concourse. Furthermore, several places are nearby to cap off the night before heading home.  Over 16 craft beers are up for grabs at Station House, wine or a dirty martini at Dirty Pierre’s, steins at Manor Oktoberfest or a Fuzzy Slipper at Rove, there are plenty of choices for everyone.

Spending an evening at the Forest Hills Stadium won’t disappoint; the New York Daily News agrees, “A perfect night at Forest Hills Stadium — is there any other kind?”
