Capital District improv masters, Formula 5 released their second live album Tuesday, Feb. 19. The album, recorded at Albany’s Palace Theatre Thanksgiving weekend last year, includes four previously unreleased songs and a ripping version of “Sad Bed” from the band’s most recent studio effort, All Points North.
The album was mixed and mastered by Matthew McLaren and is available to stream right now on all streaming platforms.
The band also recently announced the date for its annual Rock the Dock Festival in Lake George. The festival, which takes place on the docks of three of the Lake George Steamboat Company’s boats on July 12, features regional musicians, local vendors and family-friendly fare.
The full Rock the Dock lineup will be revealed in the spring.
