Boston/New York based band lespecial has announced additional dates for Spring of 2018. The trio will be hitting Albany, Brooklyn and Buffalo throughout their three month long run. Throughout the announced dates, lespecial will be making stops with a variety of bands including Electric Love Machine, Cycles and Zion I Crew.
Known for their livetronica, dark future grooves, lespecial has spent the last few months on the road in support of their album cheen.Released on Halloween, the band’s second full length album highlights their ability to span genres and sounds.
lespecial bassist Luke Bemand told NYS Music that the band is excited for the tour ahead of them. “Our Spring Tour has us covering some serious ground, ” he noted. ” We’re especially looking forward to the Zion I x lespecial run in the southeast, two sets each night, one backing Zion I and one lespecial late set. We’re also bringing our buddies Cycles, who we just did a really successful run of shows with in Colorado, to Boston, Bridgeport and Burlington, and our fans there are going to really dig these guys. The cheen is growing throughout the lands.”
lespecial is slated to kick off the 2018 festival with announced dates at Some Kind of Jam and Germination.
