After finishing their recent tour with Lake Street Dive, The Congress and The Sun Parade will perform Saturday, Feb. 13, at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock.
Virginia natives The Congress are currently working on their second EP while touring. Their first album, Whatever you Want, was released in 2012.
On the band’s Facebook page, The Sun Parade describes their music as “grunge soaked power pop.” Chris Marlon Jennings, Jeff Lewis, Jared Gardner and Karl Helander will tour in support of their EP, Heart’s Out. The title track on this album was chosen for National Public Radio’s songs we love.
