Turkuaz have announced they will go on tour in early 2016 in support of their latest album, Digitonium. The tour includes stops in Syracuse, Ithaca and Rochester.
Turkuaz will head out on a tour of the East Coast and Midwest starting Jan. 28 in Columbus, Ohio and ending March 5 at the Funk Fest 7 in Punta Gorda, Florida. They’ll make an appearance at the AURA Music & Arts Festival in Live Oak, Florida on March 4. The tour includes stops at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse on Feb. 13, The Haunt in Ithaca on Feb. 18, and Flour City Station in Rochester on Feb. 19. The only other Northeast date is at The Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
They’ll be joined by Ghost Note, featuring members of Snarky Puppy, for the first half of the tour. Also joining them for a couple shows will be Pimps of Joytime. Thunderbody and the Kat Wright Band will join them for one show each. The three New York dates each feature a different opener.
