Legendary ZZ Top To Play Kingston

Luck be a heavily bearded trio this Friday the 13, as ZZ Top plays its inaugural show in Kingston at the Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC).

ZZ-TOP-2014

The Texas-based rockers have been shredding since the ’60s and after 45+ years together, guitarist Billy Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard are still touring strong. Their southern bluesy style is unmistakable and has solidified ZZ Top as one of the greatest three-pieces in rock history; they have been enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for over a decade already. Generations of music lovers recognize tunes like “Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” and “Pearl Necklace.” They’ll be sure to play a slue of hits at Kingston’s intimate UPAC on March 13.

The show starts at 8 pm. More information about the show can be found here. Tickets can be purchased here.
