Daffo Closes Out Headlining Tour at Elsewhere Brooklyn

LA-based artist Daffo wrapped up their recent U.S. headlining tour this past Saturday, February 7, with a show at Elsewhere: Zone One in Brooklyn.

Following the release of their debut album, Where the Earth Bends, and a recent run supporting Wednesday, Daffo played an hour-long set for the packed Bushwick crowd. The night also featured opening performances from New York–based artist Aggie Miller and Toronto-based artist Earth 2 Tiffany.

First gaining traction in 2023 with the release of their EP Pest, the indie rock artist has since gone on to support larger acts such as Blondshell and most recently, Wednesday on their widely successful U.S. tour.

Opening the night was New York’s own Aggie Miller. Backed by a four-piece band, the singer-songwriter delivered a half-hour set and treated the crowd to an unreleased and untitled song. Miller joked that anyone in the audience who could identify the track’s name would receive a piece of merch in return.

Toronto-based Earth 2 Tiffany followed with an intimate acoustic set. While an acoustic performance might have seemed out of place between two louder acts, the contrast worked in favor. Though quieter in volume, the sincerity of Earth 2 Tiffany’s songwriting more than made up for it.

To close out the night, Daffo delivered a set lasting just over an hour, containing mostly songs from their latest release. “Collector,” off Pest, stood out as a clear crowd favorite, with much of the room singing along. Between songs, Daffo also joked about recently noticing similarities between Taylor Swift’s newest music video and their own latest video, doubting the overlap could be purely coincidental—though clearly all in good fun. For the evening’s encore, the band performed “The Experiment,” a bonus track from Pest.
