Iconic goth band Bauhaus announced a pair of shows this spring, one in London at Alexandra Palace on April 8, and one at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on June 26. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Dec.19 at 10 a.m.
The English band formed in 1978, and became best known for their debut single “Bella Legosi’s Dead.” They broke up in 1983, but their pioneering efforts in post-rock influenced generations of alternative rock in their wake. They reunited briefly in 1998 and again from 2005 to 2008. They regrouped once more last year, and their performances were lauded by Rolling Stone, LA Weekly, and Brooklyn Vegan.
