Kitchen Dwellers Add Tour Dates

Kitchen Dwellers have announced new tour dates spanning into 2020 to support their second studio album Muir Maid. Kicking off Dec. 4 in Wisconsin the tour will now conclude in Atlanta, Georgia in April. Along the way, they will stop twice in New York. The first stop will be Flour City Station in Rochester on April 4 before heading over to Syracuse on April 5 to perform at the Westcott Theater.

Produced by Chris Pandolfi of the Infamous Stringdusters, the album includes the song “Shadows” which fans can now check out the new music video for. During an exclusive interview with Billboard, mandolin player Shawn Swain revealed that the writing for “Shadows” was influenced by the opioid crisis here in the United States.

I tried to point out what it’s like for people who are living in this situation in an attempt to open some eyes and let people know that a lot of people out there need help—and when you do need help, it’s hard to ask for it.
