moe. to Spend the New Year in Utica

moe. is bringing it back home to Utica to welcome in 2020. Tuesday, the band announced they will be doing a short run of shows to finish off the year, capping it off with a New Year’s run at Utica’s Stanley Theater.

In addition to the Utica shows, the band will also perform two nights at Higher Ground in Burlington, VT on Dec. 27 and 28. A limited number of tickets will be available for these shows beginning Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10:00 a.m. General on-sale will begin Friday, Sept. 13 at 10:00 a.m.

The band also revealed that they will be heading into the studio this fall for the first time in five years. “We have a large swath of songs to choose from, some of which we’ve been playing live and others that we’ve been working on in private,” said bassist Rob Derhak. “The downside of this is because we have such a large assortment of songs to record, our live shows will be limited until 2020.”

moe. will also be performing in Buffalo for a three-night run at the Town Ballroom Nov. 14-16. For ticketing information, visit moe.’s webpage here.
