It’s been a long year for Dopapod fans, awaiting the band’s return from a hiatus. The wait is officially over. Rob Compa, Eli Winderman, Chuck Jones and Neal “Fro’ Evans are hitting the historic Capitol Theater stage in Port Chester on April 27. Social media has been in a frenzy over the last week with speculation, hints and riddles about the band’s possible return. Keyboardist Eli Winderman stated “We’re all incredibly excited to bring the band back together to usher in the next chapter of Dopapod. We have been blown away by the amount of speculation on our return and just the overall love and support surrounding the band.”
General on sale for the upcoming reunion show at the Capitol Theatre is this Friday, Jan. 25 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Starting today, Jan. 23 at 12:00 p.m. ET, a very limited number of tickets are available via the artist presale which can be unlocked using the code “Dopafam”.
Additionally, “#1 Best Dopapod” VIP Packages, which are paired with a private show and catered brunch at Garcia’s on Sunday, April 28, are available to 150 lucky fans. These packages include: early entry to the show on April 27, one ticket to the April 27 show, one audio download of the show, one ticket to a special Storyteller Set and Q&A + catered brunch on Sunday, April 28 and Garcia’s, one limited edition signed poster, and a photo opportunity with the band. The VIP show will run from 12 – 2 pm on the 28th, with doors opening at 11:00 a.m.
