Godsmack and Shinedown’s co-headlining tour will now extend into the fall, as the pair of rock powerhouses have added 12 more dates to their current tour. Both bands are touring in support of their 2018 studio releases.
After a small break from the first leg of the tour, the pair will resume touring in Greenville, SC on Sept. 21, ending at the Aftershock festival on Oct 13-14 in Sacramento, California. Asking Alexandria will be the support for this go-around.
Godsmack released its seventh studio album, When Legends Rise, in April. The band has sold over 20 million albums world-wide, and won a Billboard Music award in 2001 for Rock Artist of the Year. They have over 20 top ten rock radio hits and with 17 of those reaching the top five.
Shinedown released its sixth studio album, Attention, Attention, in May. Shinedown is ranked third, behind Van Halen and Three Days Grace for most number one singles on rock radio with 12. The band has sold over 10 million albums world-wide.
