8th Annual Governors Ball Announces Lineup – Eminem, Jack White Among Headliners

New York City’s homegrown festival, the Governors Ball, announced its return on Wednesday. The eighth annual event will be held June 1-3 at Randall’s Island Park in the Big Apple.

The headliners for the 2018 event include Eminem, who was also recently announced as one of this year’s Coachella headliners. This will be his first New York City headlining event since 2010.

Other acts featured in this year’s lineup include Jack White, Travis Scott, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Halsey, N.E.R.D., Khalid, the worldwide debut of Silk City (a new project from Diplo and Mark Ronson), and a reunited The Gaslight Anthem performing their breakout album The ’59 Sound.

The Governors Ball is a New York grown and cultivated festival that has proven to be one of the country’s most successful festivals in its previous seven years of existence. The festival prides itself on community engagement, working with and donating to numerous non-profits and community groups each year.

This year’s Governors Ball will feature more than 65 eclectic artists throughout the weekend. Three-day general admission passes and VIP tickets are available now through the festival website. Special “Announce Day” pricing is available until 11:59:59 PM EST tonight. The “Announce Day” pricing for general admission is $275 plus fees and $600 for VIP. Regular pricing begins at midnight Jan. 4 and jumps prices up to $305 and $705 respectively.
