Albany’s Mister F will come off the road in 2018, taking a break from regular touring.
Formed in 2013, Mister F has been a constant figure in the local and regional music scene. In addition to their festival performances, they headline their own shows and open for bigger acts, like Twiddle, who they open for in November in Boston. In their short four year history, they have played nearly 600 shows around the country. Citing the need to relax and reassess, they will take a leave from touring in 2018.
Fans of Mister F need not worry, however. The band plans to head to the studio to record their sophomore album. They met their Kickstarter goal to tow their dead tour van and will get the rewards to those who supported the campaign. The band also plans to play some festivals in 2018.
