Ultra Opens Registration For 20th Anniversary Festival

One of the biggest annual EDM festivals in the United States, the Ultra Music Festival, will celebrate 20 years in 2018, hailing from it’s usual stomping grounds at the Bayfront Park in downtown Miami, Florida the weekend of March 23-25.

While clubbers await the much anticipated lineup, Ultra has announced that fans can register now by heading over to the Ultra Music Festival website, in hopes to be one of the lucky few who will earn the right to a very limited amount of low-cost early bird tickets.

Fans who gain access will be able to purchase two tickets with a credit card only. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to attended the event, and 21 to gain access to VIP areas. The general admission three day ticket will run $349.95, before taxes and fees.

Founded in 1999 by Russell Faibisch and Alex Omes, the Ultra Music Festival has grown from a one day event to a full three-day weekend extravaganza. A majority of the time, the festival has called the Bayfront Park in downtown Miami home, hosting the festival from 2001-2005, and 2012 to today. UMF has seen a steady increase in attendance each year with over 165,000 fans attending the 2017 edition.

Ultra has seen all the best the EDM genre has to offer over the last 20 years grace the seven stages that are set up throughout the area. Artist like Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Carl Cox, Major Lazer, Above & Beyond, Axwell ^ Ingrosso, Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Galantis, Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Zedd, Krewella, Eric Prydz, and Deadmau5 to name a few. Hip hop acts Cypress Hill, and Ice Cube both performed at the 2017 edition.
