If you’re missing the sold out run of shows by LCD Soundsystem this week at Brooklyn Steel, fear not – they will be back again for ten nights in December. Between now and then, LCD Soundsystem are heading off on a world tour and releasing American Dream, their first album in seven years. The band’s comeback album hits the market Sept. 1 via Columbia Records/DFA. The 10 tracks include “call the police” and the title track, which they performed on Saturday Night Live on May 6.
