SkyDaddy Announces 2017 Spring Tour

On Feb. 25, Skydaddy embarks on its spring tour, kicking things off with a date at the Wherehouse in Newburgh, which also be their Eighth Anniversary Showcase. Dylan Doyle Band will be joining the bill that evening, as well.

Additional N.Y. dates include Roxbury on March 2, with Till I Die, Woodstock on March 4, with Multibeast, and Landers on May 19 for their tour close at Froggy Daze.

The quartet is embarking on a trip to London, UK in March for two acoustic shows at the Bank of Friendship on March 8, and Wedge Issue on March 9.

At the end of March, Skydaddy will perform at the Rockwood Music Hall  after a show by Amy Helm, touring on her latest release, Didn’t it Rain.

Their sound can be described as a funky, soulful jams; their first EP was released last April. Hailing from NYC, SkyDaddy is Dave Heinz (bass, vocals), Tom Clancey (guitar, vocals), Joe North (sax, EWI) and Pat Agresta (drums).

Their second EP is set to be released this spring. “Perspective,” the group’s latest single, was recently released with Boogie Magazine.
