Panorama Festival 2017 Headliners: NIN, A Tribe Called Quest, Frank Ocean, Solange, Alt-J, and Tame Impala

The lineup for Panorama Festival 2017 is out and Frank Ocean, Solange, Tame Impala, Alt-J, Nine Inch Nails, and a Tribe Called Quest will top the bill for the three day event over the July 28-30 weekend. Manhattan’s Randalls Island Park will be transformed into a fully immersive artistic playground featuring a 30 foot tall main stage HD screen that wraps 170° around the stage, experimental art installations by New York-based artists and a 360° theater at The Lab, not to mention a 24/7 house and techno party at The Point.

Among the headliners, Nine Inch Nails, Frank Ocean, and A Tribe Called Quest will be coming off of hiatus to perform in support of new material. Trent Reznor recently released the 10th Nine Inch Nails studio album Not the Actual Events, while 2016 saw Frank Ocean release an album, Blonde, followed by the visual album Endless, and last November hip-hop icons A Tribe Called Quest released We got it from here… Thank You 4 Your Service, their first album since 1998. Solange will perform in support of her critically acclaimed 2016 release, A Seat at the Table, while overseas darlings Tame Impala and Alt-J will bring their far-reaching sounds from Perth and Leeds respectively.

Other performers include MGMT, Future Islands, Tyler the Creator, Spoon, Nick Murphy, Nicolas Jaar, Belle & Sebastian, Justice, Glass Animals, Cashmere Cat, and Angel Olsen.
