Trey Anastasio has announced several 2017 tour dates supporting his latest release Paper Wheels. The tour includes two dates at Port Chester’s Captiol Theatre April 14-15.
Anastasio is touring with the classic TAB line up of bassist Tony Markellis, drummer Russ Lawton and keyboardist Ray Paczkowski. A full horn section completes the touring band. The TAB horns include trombonist Natalie Cressman, multi-instrumentalist James Casey and trumpeter Jennifer Hartswick.
The new dates come on the heels of the announcement of a one-off show TAB has lined up at Red Rocks on May 31 with New York funksters Vulfpeck.
Other dates include a headlining spot at the Sweetwater 420 Festival in Atlanta April 21 and the Fillmore Philadelphia on May 25. The announced dates are below with more to follow.
