Passes Available, Venues Announced for 2017 Rochester International Jazz Fest

Passes for the 2017 Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival (XRIJF), are now on sale. Fans can now purchase three day, and  nine day passes for the event. Passes for the annual event are non transferable, and can be purchased online at rochesterjazz.com, or by phone 585-454-2060. Entry to all shows are first come, first serve, and your pass does not guarantee you entry into a venue once capacity is full.

Advance nine day passes will cost jazz lovers $174 before fees and bump up to $204 starting January 1. The pass will grant you access to all of the Club Pass Series shows throughout the festival.  Advance three day passes will start at $134 before fees, and $154 before fees starting January 1, and will grant you access to all Club Pass Venue shows on any three days of the festival.

For fans who want to purchase a single entry to any of the participating venues, the cost is $30 per entry, except Kilbourn Hall, where the cost is $35 per entry.

One of the nation’s premier jazz festivals, the 16th edition of the festival kicks off June 23 – July 1, and will feature over 325 ticketed and free shows at 19 indoor/outdoor venues in Rochester’s East End Cultural and Entertainment District over the nine day span. Produced by John Nugent and Marc Iacona since 2002, the festival has drawn over 200,000 fans annually. Artist lineups for the Jazz festival will be announced in March 2017.
