The seventh annual Catskill Chill Festival is taking place in Lakewood (aka: New Minglewood), PA Sept. 23-25. Festival organizers today announced the daily schedule and a Saturday-Sunday ticket option in advance of the event.
For those arriving early, there is an on site pre-party scheduled for Thursday Sept. 22 which will feature two sets of Twiddle, and sets from Jimkata, Aqueous and TRAKSTAR. Tickets for the pre-party are available at the festival website.
In addition to the pre-party, the festival also includes a Late Night Hall, keeping the music going deep into the early morning hours.
Headliners for this year’s event include Mike Gordon, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Greensky Bluegrass, Electron, Keller Williams’ Grateful Grass and Lettuce. Several collaborations are on tap for the weekend as well. Dopapod and Turkuaz will join forces as Dopakuaz performing a set of Yacht Rock. Pink Talking Fish and Kung Fu, performing as Pink Talking Fu will do a set dedicated to Prince and David Bowie and the Chillfam Allstars have a Michael Jackson tribute on tap. The Saturday-Sunday ticket option includes camping. Tickets for this option go on sale today at 1:00 p.m. on the festival website.
