End Of Summer Blues? Cheer Up With Rock Allegiance

Still looking for the perfect way to end your summer? Than look no further. Rock Allegiance is right around the corner to cure your fix for one more outdoor festival before the summer ends. So grab some friends and head to the Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, PA, on Sept. 17 – 18, where over thirty bands will perform during the 2-day festival. Some of the bands performing on Saturday’s lineup will include Alice In Chains, Breaking Benjamin, The Offspring, The Cult, The Pretty Reckless, Motionless In White, Trivium, Buckcherry, Avatar, Sick Puppies, Young Guns and The Word Alive.


Sunday’s lineup will see the likes of Avenged Sevenfold, Slayer, Volbeat, Ghost, Chevelle, Anthrax, Killswitch Engage, Sevendust, HellYeah, Crobot, Of Mice & Men and Devour The Day to name a few. Partners for the festival will include Monster Energy, Jack Daniels, Zippo Encore, Alternative Press, F*ck Cancer and many more.

After banging around in the pit, fans can quench their thirst with a variety of different craft beers that will be on hand. Fans looking for something else to do in between bands can head over to The Music Experience area, and check out various different equipment, that todays performers are using on stage, and possibly meet some of your favorite artist in the process. The Jack Daniels mobile museum will make an appearance at the festival, giving fans 21 and over a free tour of the exhibit and Zippo Encore will be on hand with the newest lighters and custom Rock Allegiance Zippos. Festival goers can bring their personal Zippo lighter to the Zippo booth for a free refill. Games and giveaways will occur at various times in these areas throughout the weekend.

Fans will definitely build up a hunger throwing down with their favorite bands all day. On hand will be selected gourmet man food. What is gourmet man food you ask? Well GMF is an American culture, that pioneers created by experimenting with their Cowboy menus. Now a cultural pheonomenon, large portions are served with a unique twist to foods you know with flavors you wouldn’t expect presented in a powerful fashion. Fans can take on some sliders from M.A.T.T.’S Gourmet Sliders, handmade meatballs from Mama’s Meatballs and tacos from Dos Hermanos Tacos. Other food vendors will include Braz-BQ, Chickie’s and Pete’s, The Cow and The Curd, Dump N Roll, Seoulfull Philly, Sum Pig, and The Tot Cart.

Tickets now start at $99 with many different ticket options to choose from. Prices will continue to go up as the festival date nears. So if you want to save some money for more GMF and craft beers, act fast and get your tickets now.
