Joe Walsh and Bad Company are excited to head out on tour together. The two-month tour snakes them throughout the country. On June 7, they’ll be stopping by the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, and a week later on June 14, they hit up the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh. They also make a few other stops elsewhere in the Northeast, including June 9 in Mansfield, Massachusetts; June 11 in Holmdel, New Jersey; June 12 in Camden, New Jersey; and June 28 in Pittsburgh. The tour closes out July 3 in Nashville.

Paul Rodgers of Bad Company is especially excited for the tour. He is quoted in the press release:

I had always hoped that we would do something together and so here we are 30 years later finally touring together. It has taken us this long so I wouldn’t miss this.  Unless you want to wait 30 more years for our next tour in 2046!!!  There is only one Joe Walsh, he is such a unique person and an uber talented singer, songwriter and musician.

As co-headliners, the two acts will rotate the headlining slot each night. As for who will headline which show, Walsh is quoted in the press release, “I told Paul, if it’s a long bus ride I go first!”

British singer/songwriter Steve Rodgers will open each show by playing acoustic selections from his latest album.
