R5 have announced shows in San Antonio, Austin, Des Moines, Portland and Washington, D.C. R5’s unique style of pop rock consists of bass drops, pre-recorded beats and samplers that bring tons of energy to the stage.

New Yorkers still have a chance to see R5 live but hurry, tickets are almost sold out for all three New York stops. R5 will make stops in New York City on Feb. 27 at the Beacon Theatre, March 4 at The Palace Theatre in Albany and the Rochester Auditorium Theatre in Rochester on March 5. Max Schneider will also open shows during these tour stops.

R5’s second studio album, Sometime Last Night, debuted at No. 1 on the Neilson Pop Album Chart. R5’s first studio album, Louder, reached No. 1 on iTunes in 10 different countries during its release. Both albums have combined for more than 47 million streams on Spotify.

R5’s popularity just keeps growing as they have hit some of the hottest television talk shows including Ellen, Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Live! with Kelly and Michael.

R5 debuted in 2009. The band released their first EP, Ready Set Rock, on their own in 2010. Hollywood Records signed R5 in 2012. The band released their second EP, Loud, in early 2013.

Ross Lynch (vocals/rhythm guitar), and his siblings Riker (bass/vocals), Rocky (lead guitar/vocals) and Rydel (keyboards/vocals) and their friend Ellington “Ratliff” (drums/vocals) make up R5.
