Buffalo based groove rock quartet Aqueous announced they will join Papadosio on the road this spring. The dates are part of Papadosio’s cross-country Extras in a Movie Tour.
Aqueous recently wrapped up a successful fall tour with the Connecticut-rooted funk-rock band The McLovins. After a successful two-day, sold-out Halloween run in their hometown, Aqueous jumped back on the road for a small run that includes Colorado and the Midwest.
They will return to New York in early December, including two recently announced shows in Saratoga Springs and St. Lawrence University. Aqueous will usher in the New Year close to home at the Kings Rook Club in Erie, Pennsylvania, as well as on New Year’s Day with Twiddle in Burlington, Vermont.
The newly announced dates with Papadosio look to be the start of a promising early spring tour, although no official spring tour announcement has yet been made. Aqueous guitarist Mike Gantzer recently announced that in late December, he will be part of the supergroup Borg Party. The group is comprised of Rob Compa (Dopapod), Mikey Carruba (Turkauz), Willy O’Riley (The Niche) and James Searl (Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad).
