Papadosio has announced dates for the band’s “Extras in a Movie – Act 1,” fall headlining tour kicking off in Urbana, Illinois at the Canopy Club on September 29. Special guests for the tour are still to be announced.
The tour is inspired by the bands fourth studio album Extras In A Movie, due out on Oct. 2. Fans succeeded helping Papadosio raise funds for the album through the bands Kickstarter campaign.
Papadosio will celebrate the bands cd release with a two night stay in Boulder, Colorado, at the Boulder Theater on Oct 2-3.
Following the footsteps of other jam style bands, Papadosio’s touring schedule is pretty extensive. To go along with the tour, the band will also play various festivals throughout the year including The Peach Music Festival, Imagine Music Festival, Backwoods Music Festival and Dominican Holidaze to name a few.
New York will see three shows this October including Friday the thirteenth at Irving Plaza in New York City. Other stops include Thursday Oct. 19 at the Westcott Theater in Syracuse and Friday Oct. 20 at the Town Ballroom in Buffalo.
