Three Days Grace / Pop Evil Tour To Stop In Clifton Park

Three Days Grace have announced that they will once again hit the road in 2015 to support their current studio release Human, which hit stores and digital media outlets everywhere this past March.

Three Days Grace Tour

Human is the first full length album with new vocalist Matt Walst and marks the bands fifth studio effort. The lead single off the album, “Painkiller,” marked the band’s eleventh #1 single on the Mainstream Rock Charts.

Former frontman for My Darkest Days, Walst was hired to fill in for the departing Adam Gontier. Gontier left the band for a “non-life-threatening” health issue. Other rumors surfaced that Gontier didn’t like the direction the band was headed in and others blamed past addictions of Gontier’s resurfacing.

Walst was made an official member of Three Days Grace in 2014. Matt’s brother Brad, plays bass for Three Days Grace along with Barry Stock (guitar) and Neil Sanderson (drums).

Michigan rockers Pop Evil will support the tour. Pop Evil recently released a new single titled “Footsteps,” that will be off their forthcoming fourth studio album Up set to be released on Aug. 21.

Pop Evil’s hit single “Last Man Standing,” was featured in many different television sports productions. Some of those include NHL Networks 2011 Stanley Cup Finals, 2011 NFC Championship post-game between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers, NASCAR, ESPN SportsCenter and Friday Night Fights on ESPN 2.

The bands will amp up in Clifton Park on Tuesday September 22 at Upstate Concert Hall. This marks the only NY date on the tour.

Tickets go on sale this Friday July 10 at 10:00 am for $30.50 in advance ($32.00 day of show).
