Twisted Sister Announce Global Tour, Dedicating Las Vegas Show to Late Drummer, A.J. Pero

Iconic ’80s metal band Twisted Sister recently announced their plans for a farewell tour in 2016. Known for hits such as “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Rock” as well as their big hair and outlandish style, the Long Island natives have been rocking for almost 40 years.

Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater will be stepping in on drums due to the untimely death of their longtime drummer A.J Pero, who passed away in March. Twisted Sister will be continuing a global tour this summer, with two tribute concerts for Pero scheduled for May 30 in Las Vegas and June 13 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville NJ.
