UPDATED: Saratoga Performing Arts Center Summer 2015 Lineup

The Capital District’s outdoor summer concert destination is gearing up for a busy summer, complete with classical and pop/rock concerts with a range of styles.

With Trey Anastasio partaking the the Fare The Well shows in Chicago, SPAC will see the Dave Matthews Band filling in for 4th of July weekend. Greg Allman will be joining with The Doobie Brothers for a late-summer show. Upstate NY’s blues legend Joe Bonamassa will be presenting his show billed as A Tribute to the Three Kings. SPAC’s staple of the summer season, the Freihofers Saratoga Jazz Festival, will feature two days and two stages of some of the best jazz, blues, and fusion in town.

The Philadelphia Orchestra returns for their residency August 5 – August 22 with appearances by Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell and spotlights on Beethoven and the music of Pixar. New this summer is a series of six performances throughout August by The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln CenterOpera Saratoga will present a series of 13 shows throughout July.

Also returning for a third year in a row is the SPAC Rock and Run on May 17. The 5k and 10k races feature several local musicians playing their songs along the race route.
