Jam fans hearts are bumping fast today with the announcement that the Savannah GA based Perpetual Groove will be returning to active status after a 2 year hiatus. The jazz funk and electronica influenced band will return May 29 at the same venue they bid everyone adieu at in 2013 – The Georgia Theatre. There will be a commemorative VIP rooftop “Dinner with the Band” acoustic show event earlier that evening for a very non-VIP price of $40.
Also announced was a two night stand by PGroove at this years Resonance Arts & Music Festival at Frontier Ranch in Ohio Sep 24-26. No further touring or recording plans have been released. Stay tuned!
