North Pearl Street in downtown Albany will come alive tomorrow as the annual WEQX Pearlpalooza takes over.
The free all ages music festival features a variety of live music, food vendors and craft beer. Six bands perform on two stages, set up at either end of North Pearl Street, with New Orleans-based funk act Galactic taking the headlining spot. Pearlpalooza festivities kick off at 1 p.m. with local band the Rechorduroys. Brooklyn and Rochester-based Maybird also performs at the fest.
Following the outdoor events, there will be a ticketed after-party at The Hollow with The Griswolds.
