R&B singer R. Kelly will be making a stop at The Palace Theater in Albany on Sept. 29 as part of his Buffet Tour this fall.
Kelly is a notorious hit-maker and one of the most successful musicians of our time. His accomplishments include three Grammy Awards, six American Music Awards, six Billboard Awards and eight Soul Train Awards; in addition, he has sold over 40 million albums worldwide.
According to The Daily Gazette, the “Buffet Tour is a musical smorgasbord with sounds ranging from R&B to pop to blues and even country. R. Kelly adds his signature soulfulness to make each song uniquely his own while giving fans an eclectic taste of his musical influences.”
The doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and the show will start at 8:00 p.m.
Tickets for the general public go on sale Sept. 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the Palace Theater box office, open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets are also available for purchase online.
