Umphrey’s McGee will return to Colorado over Independence Day weekend for the third consecutive year to play two nights at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Umphrey’s McGee will headline two shows, on July 2 and 3, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Each night will feature different guests. Zappa Plays Zappa and Sinkane will join Umphrey’s on Saturday, July 2. Sunday, July 3 will feature Joe Russo’s Almost Dead and The Main Squeeze opening.
Special umVIP packages that include accommodations in Denver with transportation to and from the venue will be available for these shows. In addition to the accommodations and travel arrangements, umVIP passholders receive tickets for the shows, backstage meet-and-greet passes, access to a special umVIP section, early entry into the venue, special umVIP merchandise and a signed event poster.
The pre-sale starts and the umVIP packages go on sale on Friday, Jan. 8 at 10 a.m. MST. There will also be a special pre-sale hosted by Live Nation and KBCO on Thursday, Jan. 14 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. MST. The general on-sale date is Friday, Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. There will be a very limited number of two-day passes available at a large discount for $55 during the pre-sale. A limited number of two-day passes will also be available during the general public on-sale for $79.50.
