Phish bassist Mike Gordon will embark on a solo tour this June, including a handful of shows in New York.
Mike’s five-piece for the tour finds him joined by Scott Murawski (guitar), Craig Myers (percussion), Robert Walter (keyboards) and John Kimock (drums). June will mark Walter and Kimock’s first tour as members of the bassist’s band who will play debut shows at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, Paper Mill Island in Syracuse, and the Academy of Music in Northampton, Massachusetts. They will also return to the Egg in Albany and the Town Ballroom in Buffalo.
Gordon announced the tour, as he often has in the past, with a characteristically weird video, something that was missing from this summer’s Phish tour announcement.
Tickets will be available via a pre-sale ending at 5 p.m. Thursday, and the public on sale will begin Friday.
